An outstanding restaurant

Host and chef Francis Scheyvaerts likes to select fresh ingredients for his dishes every day, preferably from within the region.

His specialties include a steamed fillet of pike-perch with tomato marmalade and basil pesto, baked quail from the Kempen area with blackcurrant sauce, and glazed red fruits with lavender honey and vanilla ice cream.
